Biography Dianne received her BS from Frostburg State University and has taken Supplemental Art Courses at Carroll Community College. She is a member of the Carroll county Art Guild and the Carroll County Arts Council. Dianne captures the creative spirit within her and represent it through color, line and negative space. It is important for her to have translucent colors and freedom of expression while "dancing" across the painting. Dianne participates in invitational indoor and out door shows which include the Carroll Life Gallery, Hanover Gallery, Carroll Community College, "Women in the Arts", Community College of Baltimore, Carroll County Senior Center, and the Annual Manchester Historical Show.
